BenchHype is a live sports audio control app for iPhone and iPad. We are committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what information BenchHype collects, how it is used, and your choices.

Information You Provide

BenchHype does not require you to create an account. The app does not collect your name, email address, or other personal information unless you contact us directly for support.

Local Audio Files and Imported Content

Audio files you import into BenchHype remain on your device. BenchHype does not upload, transmit, or share your local audio files with any server or third party.

Spotify Integration

If you choose to connect Spotify, BenchHype uses the Spotify SDK and API to enable playback features. Your Spotify account information is handled by Spotify and is subject to Spotify's Privacy Policy. BenchHype does not store your Spotify credentials.

Diagnostics and Crash Reporting

BenchHype may collect anonymous crash reports and basic diagnostics to help improve app stability. This data does not include personally identifiable information.

Backup and Export Data

BenchHype offers backup and restore features that store data locally on your device or in your personal iCloud account. Backup data is not transmitted to our servers.

Third-Party Services

BenchHype may integrate with the following third-party services:

• Spotify (optional, for music playback)
• Apple (App Store, iCloud backup)

Each third-party service has its own privacy policy governing how your data is handled.

Data Retention

Since BenchHype stores data locally on your device, data retention is under your control. Deleting the app removes all locally stored data.
